The service consists of providing access to the studio through the website https://daniloantonio.pt/studio-rental/, allowing users to request a booking for a specific date and time under the following terms:

Bookings

• Bookings should be made as early as possible to ensure availability. The minimum booking period is 48 hours in advance.

• Rental prices are available on the website.

• The booking is only confirmed after an advance payment of €20. The payment receipt must be sent to speed up confirmation.

• The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, the booking fee will be lost.

Schedule and Duration

• The studio rental time starts from the scheduled hour.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed, which can be used either at the beginning (in case of a delay) or at the end (to organize materials after production).

• If it is necessary to extend the session, an additional amount of €15 will be charged every 30 minutes, provided there is no subsequent reservation or other impediment.

Technical Assistance

• If you have no prior experience with studio photography, we can offer support for equipment operation, but this must be requested in advance to check technician availability.

Payments

• The remaining balance must be paid in person to the studio manager.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or MB WAY.

• For invoice issuance with a tax identification number (NIF), 23% VAT will be added. Clients must provide billing details in advance.

Studio Visits

• In-person visits to the studio are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

Usage Rules

• The person responsible for the booking is liable for any damage caused to the studio or equipment, whether accidental or due to negligence.

• Despite the good location and sound insulation, we cannot guarantee a completely noise-free environment.

• The use of oils, confetti, glitter, flour, artificial snow, or snow machines is strictly prohibited.

• Do not attach tape to the walls or floor, drill holes, or install fixings.

• For safety reasons, the studio is under video surveillance.

• Management reserves the right to deny entry or request the removal of individuals under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.

• Smoking inside the studio is strictly prohibited.

• The use of clean and properly sanitized shoes is mandatory for both the professional and their clients.

• Stepping on or leaning against the curvature of the cyclorama (infinity background) is strictly prohibited, as it may compromise its structural integrity.

• Any damage caused to the cyclorama, whether accidental or due to negligence, will result in a fine between 300€ and 600€.
  

• All equipment provided by the studio is intended exclusively for indoor use. The use of any equipment outdoors is not permitted.
  
  

Minors

• Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while in the studio.

Animals in the Studio

• The presence of animals for filming or photography sessions is subject to prior approval by management.

Cleaning and Organization

• If the studio is left in poor condition, a €30 cleaning fee will be charged.

• Moving furniture and decorations is allowed only with prior approval from management.

• Lost & Forgotten ItemsThe studio is not responsible for lost or forgotten items, but we will store found belongings whenever possible.

• Forgotten items will be kept for up to one week. After that period, they may be discarded or sent to a lost-and-found collection point.

Clients are requested to collect their belongings as soon as possible.

Number of people included in the rental

• If the total number of people exceeds this limit, an additional fee of 6€ per extra person will be charged, regardless of the rental duration.
  This fee is not charged per hour, but for the entire reserved period.

By renting the studio, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
