This service consists of providing access to the studio through the website https://daniloantonio.pt/aluguer-estudio/, allowing the user to request the reservation of a date and time in accordance with the terms described below.

Bookings

• Bookings must be made as early as possible to ensure availability, with a minimum notice period of 48 hours.
• Rental prices are available on the website.
• A booking is only confirmed after an advance payment of €20 (twenty euros). Proof of payment must be sent to expedite confirmation.
• The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, the payment will be forfeited.

Schedule and Duration

• The studio usage time begins exactly at the scheduled time, regardless of the arrival time.
• There is a tolerance of up to 10 minutes, which can be used at the beginning, in case of delay, or at the end, for organization and tidying up.
• Once the 10-minute tolerance is exceeded, additional fees will be charged for every 30-minute period, provided there is no subsequent booking or any operational impediment.
• On Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, the minimum rental is 2 hours.
• On weekdays, the minimum rental is 1 hour.

Additional fees:
• Weekdays: €15 per 30 minutes
• Saturdays: €18 per 30 minutes
• Sundays and public holidays: €20 per 30 minutes

Technical Assistance

• Clients with no experience in studio photography may request technical support during their first booking.
• This service must be requested in advance to confirm the availability of a technician.

Payments

• The remaining balance must be paid in person to the studio manager.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cash or MB WAY.
• For invoices requiring a tax number (NIF), VAT (23%) will be added. Billing details must be provided in advance.

Studio Visits

• In-person visits and on-site assistance are available only by prior appointment.

Usage Rules

• The person responsible for the booking is liable for any damage caused to the studio or its equipment, whether accidental or due to negligence.
• Although the studio has good acoustic insulation, a completely noise-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
• The use of oils, confetti, glitter, flour, artificial snow or snow machines is prohibited.
• Clean and properly sanitized shoes are mandatory for both professionals and clients.
• Stepping or leaning on the cyclorama curve is strictly forbidden. Damage may result in a fine between €300 and €600.
• No adhesive tape may be applied to walls or floors, and no holes or fixings may be installed.
• All equipment must remain inside the studio; outdoor use is not permitted.
• For safety reasons, the studio is under surveillance.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry or request the removal of anyone under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.

Minors

• Individuals under 18 may only remain in the studio when accompanied by parents or legal guardians.

Animals in the Studio

• The presence of animals for filming or photography is subject to prior approval from management.

Cleaning and Organisation

• A cleaning fee of €30 will be applied if the studio is left in inadequate condition.
• Makeup artists must ensure that makeup residue is not left on the floor.
• Hair stylists must avoid leaving excessive hair on the floor; a broom and dustpan can be provided if needed.
• Moving furniture or decorations is only allowed with prior approval from management.
• The studio must be returned in the same condition in which it was found.

Lost and Found

• The studio is not responsible for items left on the premises but will store found items whenever possible.
• Items will be kept for up to one week. After this period, they may be discarded or delivered to a lost-and-found facility.

Number of People Included in the Rental

• The rental fee includes the use of the studio for up to 9 people (clients, crew, and companions).
• If this number is exceeded, an additional fee of €8 per extra person will apply, regardless of the duration.
• This fee applies per person and covers the entire booking period.

Acceptance of the Terms

• By renting the studio, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions described herein.
