– Right to Access Personal Data – the right to be informed and request access to their personal data that we process;

– Right to Erasure of Personal Data – the right to request that we erase your personal data (where applicable);

5.2 For the purposes of providing services by Danilo Antonio Photographer, the client must provide, whenever applicable, all requested, mandatory and necessary data for the preparation of commercial proposals, design, creation and adapted graphic solutions, websites, opening of a client file, issuing invoices and other accounting documents, under penalty of being refused the provision of some or all of our requested Services, until the necessary information is provided.
5.3 In order to ensure that our services are carried out correctly, the client is obliged to provide Danilo Antonio Photographer with their true, complete and up-to-date personal data.
5.4 Danilo Antonio Photographer guarantees the client the right to access their personal data, stored in specific databases, namely to confirm their veracity, accuracy, verify the purpose of the same and the recipients to whom they are communicated, as well as update, rectify and delete, upon written request, sent to Av. da Liberdade 1359 RC, 2975-192 Q.ta do Conde or alternatively, via email to geral@mystudio.daniloantonio.pt
6. IN WHICH SITUATIONS DO WE KEEP CERTAIN PERSONAL DATA:
At the client’s request, we will modify, restrict, delete or anonymize their personal data so that they do not identify them, except if it is legally permitted or mandatory to keep certain personal data, including situations such as the following:

8. WE COLLECT AND PROCESS DATA ON THE FOLLOWING BASIS:

9. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
We will store your information for the period required by law. If there is no legal requirement, we will only store them for as long as they are necessary to fulfil each processing purpose, keeping them for as long as the commercial relationship is in force, and may be deleted, except in cases where the law expressly provides for the obligation to retain personal data for longer periods.

In the case of a customer who is a legal entity, Danilo Antonio Photographer may send unsolicited communications for direct marketing purposes relating to goods and services provided by the company itself or by a company in the same Group, and to conduct satisfaction surveys, unless the customer expressly refuses to receive this type of communications in the future.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that Danilo Antonio Photographer will issue sales proposals and electronic invoices, as consideration for the sale of goods and/or provision of services requested by the customer, which will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer, as well as all accounting documents that are necessary for the correct and valid invoicing of the goods and services provided to the customer.
